At NursesLibrary, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for the physical textbooks we sell.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the book is in its original, resalable condition.

Eligible Returns

• Items that arrive damaged or defective.
• Incorrect items sent in error.
• Unused books in original condition within the return window.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order details and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or incorrect item), we cover the return shipping. For other returns, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.
